Refund policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition (including all original packaging). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued for product price only; shipping fees and additional rush handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days so we can assist you. We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied. 


Non – Returnable Items: 

  • All items in our clearance/ sale section  

  • Any item opened & without original packaging. 

 

Exchanges: 

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for replacement items right away. Once your new order is placed, you can return the original item(s) following our return policy. 

 

Refunds: 

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase (excluding shipping and rush charges). 

Please note that processing times may vary by banks. If you do not see the refund in your account within 7 business days after receiving our refund confirmation, we recommend contacting both your bank and our customer service team for assistance. 

 

Damaged / Missing Items: 

Please report any damaged or missing items within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. Depending on stock, we may send a replacement or provide return instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damage or missing items reported after this 5-day window.
